E.L. Noel
E. L. Noel writes in both the historical and science fiction genres. She completed her education at the University of Southern Colorado, majoring in Criminal Sociology. She has won various awards for her writing, including the 2001 EPPIE Award for Best Historical Novel, 2002 Clara Award finalist, and Inscriptions Engraver Award nominee, 2002.
She finds science fiction irresistible, and loves the freedom allowed the imagination. The L'arobi Frame, her first published sf novel, has inspired a series, and she eagerly looks forward to working on the next book.
Several of her articles, short stories and reviews have appeared in miscellaneous magazines, both on line and off.
She lives on the Southern Oregon coast with her best friend and husband Mike.
